Customer service at that level is seldom received; too bad more people dont do it. It only takes a second; I will be likely to purchase other items from this merchant even if the cost was higher. Trust and customer service not only go hand-in-hand. It goes further than that. Years ago I had a bad experience purchasing a computer, I went to the competitor, even though the price was higher, since then I have bought 10 other computers through the other company and would recommend them to anyone.
It seems that this company is equal to that level of service.
